Is there a way to pay rents via ACH without fees? BoA seems to charge $3 per
transaction. What bank should I use?

能用ATT的4g LTE, 手机信号频段什么的都支持,哪款比较好?
看了几个华为的小米的,还挺好. 就是不确定是不是兼容att的网络.

lumia 640 或lumia 640 xl LTE Dual sim rm1093版。我在国内就用xl rm1093版加中
移动卡，所到之处全是4g。

Then it doesn't work. Landlord prefers not to deposit check. Any other
accounts that work? Chase? Citi? Ally? Fidelity?

ACH transfer必须是同一个人的才行。否则会认为是fraud。
你这种情况就是用paypal，这个简单。
chase的quickpay，好像citi也有一个类似的，这种就是给一个email就可以了，他自己
利用email跟一个account联系起来。
