大老板听说我的485交上去了，要给我promotion+加薪.（估计是怕我跳槽）
但是我现在只拿到了EAD，绿卡到手估计还得等段时间。
看版上很多人说用EAD/AP有风险，但是到目前为止没听说过那个485被拒的。
是不是该冒险用EAD？
FYI：我现在用的是H1B，如果换title，需要重递一份H1B申请，按CAS的处理进度估计
至少得等2-3个月。

我之前升职办了H1B Amendment，不过是从工业postdoc变成正式职位，
也许正如你所说的，这次不需要了。
下午去HR问问。

Why not get pay rise for now, and officially change title after your get the
green card. For the main time, process title change application within
company, and ask them to take their time.
It is only a few weeks to months away

好不容易BIOS reset然后再reset，起来好多app打不开，直接回到start。我真是佩服了

HR也是把job description发给律师，问律师是否要amendment
你h1b还能用的情况下就用h1b好了
