The boss offered me a department manager position (about 40 people in the
department) from an engineer, but there is no salary increase because of the
financial situation of the company.
Should I accept it? Thanks for advice.
This is career path change for me. I have been an engineer for the past 4
years.

的中立人士。
公司现在也是有点火线入党，
士气低落，所以有这种机会。

学会耐心，听话里话，
不要轻易承诺，但是
要学会多传好话。

能够待一年，培养10个；
不论事情办好没好，LZ就
能够成功转型。
5. 要是需要裁员，LZ就得坚决
裁员某族裔和某族裔的同党。
如果要强迫裁员反某族裔的
老中老美，LZ就得挺住／QUIT，
把这些某族裔同党给
用谣言爆出去。不管某族裔多么
厉害，老中绝不能再给某族裔做刀,
背黑锅了。

踏实积累人脉的管理。 物以稀为贵，
其实这是机会。
某族裔现在管理PM泛滥，看似强悍，
实际潜伏极大的危机。老中多学习，
明／暗帮助老美老中反抗吧。
