我有很多pampers code，有的是从jumbo，有的是从箱子装的那种，也有一些是从最大
号箱子装的那种1袋7，8十片的大包装里取下来的，不过很难分辨，我随机给好了~可以
短信code，也可以邮寄~
求换各种奶票。我记得以前有mm换过，可是不记得怎么换的了，谁知道提醒我下好么？

I was asked this question before. Because you don't want good students feel
your class is not interesting/challenging or bad students feel too
frustrated and quit your class, I gave the search committee three methods
that I would try. First, try to pay more attention to the students who might
be left behind. Second, try to provide more office hours for students who
need more help. Lastly, try to have the first exam/assignment a little bit
easier (but not too easy) so the sdudents can feel confident. Then you can
slowly increase the difficulty afterward. You can elaborate on these in any
ways you want.
