(They only allow me to use one Post-it Label Pads coupon in a transaction.I
don't know if the cashier register will allow the total to zero. And I
really want to use my rewards before it expire. So I added the stamps to
this transaction.)
I got

2 printer paper $6.99x2
2 Post-it Label Pads $1x2 for free from this trip.

The cashier said that I can buy stamps with the rewards and it did go
through. Besides I do not see it anywhere saying that I cannot do that. I
even guess that you may buy stamps with the $10 off coupon.Although I don't
want to do that.

It's prepaid visa card, not check. The rebate form will be printed out after
you paid for them. You need to purchase two of them in the same
transaction if you want to buy two.
