我买的保险这种plan一个人是1000的deductible,family是2000的deductible（我跟我老婆两个人
买的family的plan），但是又
有这么一句解释No one family member may meet more than $1,000 of the $2,000
family deductible.
假如我老婆看医生花了1500，我没看。是不是那500就可以让保险公司报销一部分了？

就是说你老婆花的超过1000的部分由保险公司付。

first $1k is paid by you, then the rest depends on how much (percentage)
your policy covers. For example, if your policy covers 80% after the
deductible, then you will pay $1000 + 0.2*$500 = $1.1k.
