Business System Analyst
Role
The Business System Analyst will act as a liaison between IT Enterprise
Applications and Business to work various solutions for Sales, Finance,
Service and etc., as well as helping administer SaaS enterprise applications
such Salesforce.com, NetSuite and etc. This person will work closely with
leads across business organizations to assist in getting solutions and
changes implemented – this includes gathering business requirements,
project definition and planning and testing and go-live of new systems and
system enhancements.
Responsibilities
• Participation in business requirements gathering, facilitation of
business process discussions, solution and process documentation, leading
user acceptance testing, and assistance in preparing end-user training
documentation
• Provide functional support for cloud based enterprise
applications and business processes
• Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with
diverse user groups.
• Work with technical development teams to deliver solutions
• Responsible for tracking and understanding projects from original
concept through final implementation
• Provides regular communication regarding the status of specific
projects and interfaces with all areas affected by the project
Experience and Education
• Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of related work experience,
including project management
• Previous Salesforce.com or NetSuite admin experience required
with experience in creating workflow rules, validation rules, formula fields
, escalation rules, auto-assignment rules and etc.
• Experience in software development is required, proficiency in
JavaScript, Java or other programming languages.
• Prior experience with OpenAir admin or CPQ (Big Machines, Apttus
or Steelbrick) tool is a plus.
• Excellent understanding of overall SaaS applications space and
technology stacks.
• Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Marketing and Finance.

• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, priorities
and complete objectives on time
• Excellent communication skills, including both verbal and written
• Excellent problem solving skills , conflict / resolution
management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
required
