about it. I purchased before at the same store and coupon was printed

last time, I bought 4 in 4 different transactions, but I got only 3
coupons. Went to customer service and the lady gave me $10 in cash. :P
BTW, you can load $500 to the $20-$500 card and you can still get the
$10 coupon. At least it worked for me last Friday.
