在Amazon卖我的Samsung Tab 8.4 Pro tablet,东西是新的,是上个月Samsung寄给我
的replacement,寄出前我确认没有defect才寄,一个住OH的人买了用了七天就说电池
不给力要退,我说This item was listed as new and sold as is. No return or
refund,Sorry!
Buyer连络Amazon后给了return label,我以为是Amazon自己给的label,没想到这
return label的钱从我的account里扣,给了label也只能给他退了,我跟buyer说
Please note a 15% restocking fee will be deducted in the refund. The return
will be denied if the condition of this item received is not the same as I
shipped it to you,他没回覆就把东西寄回来了。
Last Friday收到return,东西被折腾不成样,到处都是刮伤,corner还裂了一小角,
原本的USB cable也没有退回来,不过序列号跟我记录是一样的,我东西寄给他是new
condition,我charge他50% restocking fee,我认为这是合理的,buyer立马就A-Z,
Amazon告诉我RS最多就是25%,所以又从我account直接扣钱退给buyer,case也closed
了。
这样情况该怎么办?只收25% restocking fee根本不够balance,这case我只能认了吗?
