事情是这样的，今年报税（2014税年）的时候把父母报成了Dependent。我父母是2013
年9月份过来的，中间申请了延期通过了，一直待到2014年6月。 按IRS的Substantial
Presence Test算成是Resident Alien应该是没问题的。我带父母去Local IRS申请ITIN
的时候办事员看到他们的入境时间是2013年9月就直接说他们不能算Resident， 我据理
力争后他勉强同意接受材料，然后要寄回总局审核。 结果2个月下来直接来了拒信说不
符合ITIN申请资格。
我现在就不知道该怎么办才好了， 是就认了呢还是继续抗争？ 拒信上说可以提供新的
材料然后会重新考虑， 但是如果审核后还是不能翻案的话就直接进入Audit。 如
果抗争的话又应该怎么做？ 完全没有头绪。。请大家给点意见

BJP, Kodak has announced that "due to a steady decrease in sales and
customer usage, combined with highly complex product formulation and
manufacturing processes, Kodak is discontinuing three Ektachrome (color
reversal) films."

Fujifilm UK has announced the complete discontinuation of its Fujichrome
