Generally no. The only reason you can dispute is that someone stole your paypal account and sent the gift money without you, the account owner's consent. If you do this, it's fraud. You would need to sign an affidavit under penalty of purjery to claim your account is stolen. You won't have the gall to do it. CC? The whole point of sending as gift for a purchase is to avoid fee. If you pay with CC, the 2.9% fee is still there and defeats the purpose. I would say sending as gift is good only for p
