贷款的broker为啥跟律师在一起？？？
买房就比rate，有无point，lender fee。如果有bank attorney，问一下收费。
通常贷款broker应该不是和律师在一起的。。。似乎没见过找broker搭律师的组合。

奇怪，我问的两个broker都说我自己不用找律师了，她会提供的啊。
几年前跟其中一个broker合作过，不喜欢她提供的律师。

desktop和nas不矛盾呀。
这种运行WHS的nas说白了就是个简化板，低功耗的server。

I am using a msi wind msi nettop pc with two hard drives as nas at home. it
runs linux on a 8gb cf card. low power consumption at 24x7 is my key concern.

偶觉得这个whs的?duplicate比NAS, raid要好
尤其是RAID5, 这个rebuild出错很是频繁

can you ssh in remotely when it is in sleep mode behind the route? I also
need 24/7 access.

I dedicate itself to backup, although it can/maybe able to do other things.
so, use it about 2 hours, sleep in the rest of time, every day
