问一个关于ARM 利率的问题。这个可以和整个贷款的年份结合么？比如我想贷30年，前
5年是ARM。就是说前5年是一个利率，之后就要按当时的市场调节。这个理解对么？
如果我打算5年内卖掉房子的话，用这种rate plan 是不是更划算？因为 5/1 ARM 通常
都比30yr fixed rate要低？

谢谢楼上，同打了8666062787 (今天打的第四个电话了),立刻通了，csr 让hold了一两
分钟然后说批了11k额度，当时吓了一跳。。。然后确认了bonus.打算这三个月所有消
费都靠它了。。。
说点个人情况：学生，之前有5张citi personal cards,3张AA, 都active,开卡时间是
去年6，8，8月。

去年8月开了一张citi aa，没有任何影响。
打电话花了45分钟，前面各种等候。本来只给5000的额度，后来从别的卡上挪了3000的
额度，凑了8000.
接线员嗓子都哑了，说他今天已经连续接了好几个小时的电话了。不容易啊。

The wording is kind of vague. For the 75k offer, it says "earn up to $100 in
statement credits — earn $1 in statement credits for each $1 spent on
purchases within the first 12 months of cardmembership".
My guess is this "up to 200" in 100k offer should bear the same meaning.

好好享受一下生活
如果要补税的话，也可以拿CC来先付了
真不行就去CVS搞香草，很多way能花掉1万
如果半年内确实没有1万的花销，就算了。
