不会高出1%的，基本比refi自己住的房子高0.5%左右。
如果是single family house，有可能只高0.25-0.375%。
如果是single family house，有可能只高0.25-0.375%。

再顶一下，求各位帮忙给我这个机器估个价，我在ebay上没有看这二手机器的价格，去
Keh看了看，从keh买二手的是$189，卖给Keh是$109（LN）
这个机器很老了，挂在ebay或craiglist上估计难以有人来买，卖给Keh这种dealer值得
么？还有没有什么地方可以处理，谢谢

Keh看了看，从keh买二手的是$189，卖给Keh是$109（LN）

可以refinance的,利率会高0.5%左右.
