打电话问target的客服，客服根本就不知道amex target prepaid redcard这种卡的存
在！

请问你用的是amex prepaid redcard， 还是target 自己的credit/debit redcard?
如果是amex prepaid redcard，再输入payment information的时候，系统就能自动识
别出来是redcard么？我在网上checkout的时候，系统只能识别是普通的amex卡，而不
是redcard

line several times and talked to local store without success. I then called
the phone number on the back of "Rebbird". The representative Jenifer from "
Rebbird" called target.com using 3-way call. Only after Jenifer asked the
target.com lady leave her name and ID,the target.com lady was reluctant to
refund me.
In summary, be careful to use "Rebbird" on target.com. It may take a while
for target.com to recognize "Rebbird" as target prepaid card.
