SUN ROOM算LVING AREA吗？没HEATING，很冷。COUNTY网站上的LIVING AREA（2600）比
ZILLOW（2800）上的少了１００多平尺，应该是这个SUN ROOM的区别。SUN ROOM 是
PREVIOUS OWNER加盖的。SELLER在按２８００卖，估价就差了近２万。

It might be LJX, since she is taking a break from pregnancy.

但素总觉得她不会来这里吧。。。
即使来了也应该用繁体字才对，我以前一个同学是从澳门来内地读书的，她第一年看简
体字课本非常费劲，港澳台的都应该用繁体字

那就让我们猜一个内地刚生孩子的明星好了 ：）
赵薇。。。。。。。。。
8过其实憋16年生一个孩子，给一个Hermes也还好了。比如她妈为了鼓励她生孩子，就
说，你明年生我就送你个LV，结果年年LV，最后就攒成了Hermes

It depends i grew up in HK and lived there for 19 years. For me there are
no different between 繁体字 and 简体字, since my dad has a good collection
of 简体字 novel/books, i learn how to read it by my own. For those years i
stayed in the USA and often visiting mitbbs and wenxuecity,
my ability to read hongkong chinese start to drop, it takes my a while to read those gossip news, since i need to speak those word in Cantonese...
