据个老印比招个同胞简单多了
众所周知，老印的简历都是注水的，只要问点细节问题立马露馅儿。Group Feedback的
时候我就说，his performance during the interview seems inconsistent with
what's on his resume. when I challenge his answer, he was defensive and
appeared to be trying to cover up something. I am not sure he would be a
good fit for our team. I also have concerns on his integrity. 大概话说的有点
重，Hiring Manager事后特意过来打招呼，感谢feedback，还解释了一下phone
screening时他本人太忙，是手下一小孩做的。
还有个经验就是，要抢着第一个发言，给后面的人定调子。其实很多interviewer都是
无所谓的态度，跟着前面发言的风向走。
非IT业，可能不具有代表性

遛狗的时候观察了一下附近的上市房子，除了我看上的那个美貌房，还有一个明显定价
过高的corner lot一直没卖出去，剩下的基本都是挂牌之后没几天就sold，然后迅速
close就搬进来了
去年前年类似的房子都是好久卖不出去

这个说到点子上了。但也要注意保护自己，留下确凿证据，防止烙印的内线咬你。
我的感觉是用这种招数对付一部分烙印有用，另一部分吹的水平更高的，就得用他们对
付老中的方法：引导一下，让他吹高兴了，然后冷不防来一个完全不对路的问题。这种
情况下10个有9个得懵，因为人的思路在一个方向走的比较顺的时候，很难瞬间调整到
一个完全不同的问题上。他那面一含糊，你就一带而过，开始问下一个问题。等把他的
思路打乱了，破绽就容易抓了。我不止一次被这样黑过。。。。。

IT也一样，追问细节。老印的resume都非常非常match，是包装过的，一细问，就漏馅
儿。
