hello,
i need some advice from you guys.
my local craigslist has a canon 5d2 for $2000. it is claimed to be 3 months
old (shutter counts about 3-4k) with original box, warranty card and others.
i was able to negotiate the price and bring it down to $1900. But now he
now said that he may have misplaced the receipt. Is it a good deal for such
a camera.
Any trick he is playing since he may not be able to provide the receipt.
thanks for your advice.

1900价钱自用不错了，如果condition好，附件齐全。
不给receipt不奇怪。

but how do i know it is 3-month old and shutter counts only 3-4k. the
appearance may be deceiving. any way to check manufacture date like date
code on the lens?

几个月没啥关系，快门数可以用软件查

买了也不心安，看看佳能啥时候放refurbished的出来整一个也放心些。

一般买这个机器都会从网上买，而且是相对可靠的网站，安全，没税。
receipt or invoice几个月之内都应该可以从网站上查到。
他如果开始说又，然后又说找不到，就有些可疑，当然他也可能是bestbuy买的，那他
credit card记录上会有显示。如果是纯现金从BB买，receipt丢了可能就没办法了。
这末多钱的东西，如果你心里有怀疑，还是pass的好。买就尽量买个放心。
