包括漏过水的痕迹,有没有MOLD
然后大件WORK不WORK，哪一年的，寿命还有多少
房瓦多少年，寿命还有多少年，窗户需要不需要换

新房这些都不要看了，墙面直不直，尤其是墙角处
有没有烂尾工程，缺了PORCH，灯没有啊，开关不WORK，窗户
打不开，水龙头没水。也要看看房瓦是不是搞成
波澜起伏，哪里露着电线这样的事。另外再就是
该铺TILE的搞了地毯啊，走着咯吱咯吱的等等
