亚麻面试题目一般不会很难，但很全面，从算法、系统设计、API设计、项目经验到行
为问题都有涉及。而且也会看重面试者的skill set，比如加拿大的面试只招3年以上后
端开发经验的，不要其他方向的。亚麻一般不会出很难很偏的算法题。进了亚麻之后出
活慢的直接PIP。这样亚麻一直能招聘到大量能干活、而且出活质量过关的工程师，产
品的确做一个成功一个。
如果像谷歌一样只出很不常见的算法题，不做全面考察，但后果就是产品做一个失败一
个。

这次带了d7000/18-200mm vr, 去大峡谷，在COSTCO买的。大太阳下，发现如果用广
角（18mm），对准远方的山，自动聚焦几乎不工作，所以快门按不下去。如果ZOOM IN
（50mm左右），则聚焦不是问题。非常郁闷。回家后，站在阳台上照远处的树或房
子，（70米）左右，18mm,自动聚焦不是问题。全是手持。
不知道是我这款d7000的问题，还是因为大峡谷的山壁光秃秃，所以相机难以聚焦。
有人有这种情况吗?

Assuming that the lens itself is mechanically fine, I'd guess that it
probably has to do with the AF mode you were on. Was it AF-S, AF-C, AF-C 3D,
or something else?

当然谷歌钱多，谷歌利润多，市场地位垄断，招人方式可以任性。

It's AF-A, funny thing is that it only have problem when I use 18mm, and
aim at the canyon, so I guess when the focal point is on a big trunk of
mountain, the camera don't know where to focus because the contrast is not
obvious? but if I zoom in on a mountain, it works fine. or if I aim at a
tree (which is stand out from background), autofocus works fine too.

It could be the lack of contrast. With limiated tonal viaration of those GC
rocks, it is possible that the camera gets less color information in a
single focus point when zoomed out, and vice versa. A couple of things you
could try though:
1. Set the focus point to the upper edge of the mountain so that the small
piece of sky in the focus point can provide ample contrast for focusing.
2. Switch to AF-S. I usually avoid using AF-A because the mode allows the
camera, not me, to decide to toggle between AF-S and AF-C. Since most of
your subjects are stationary when shooting lanscape, you probably want to
stick to AF-S anyway.
If you can reproduce the problem in other settings at 18mm where contrast is
clearly visible in the focus point, then I'd suspect something mechanically
is going on with either lens or the body.

才看到这个贴，俺也遇到过快门按不下去的问题，也是用18-200mm 的kit lens,忘了当
时lens 是不是在18mm了，不过就记得当时是阴天外面下雨。下次注意细节看看是不是
像楼上说的是contrast 不够。
反正还在warranty, 有问题也不怕。

亚麻一般只问一两道算法题，而且比较基础。
但是他们问behavior问题一大堆

@tomrotc, your comment is very helpful. I have the save view, I tried to
focus on the edge of the mountain, sometimes it help, sometimes it doesn't.
regarding af-a or af-s, I should know that, I always tried af-s in the past.
but for some reason I leave it on af-a. my understanding of af-a is a more
smart choice, in which the camera know when should keep it as af-s or not.
anyway, I end up use manual a lot, and estimate the distance, it's painful.

@ALOHAFROMOR, body warranty is 1 year, lens is 5 years. most likely the
issue is related to body, so you bet check it out sooner than later.
