You have to pay for the order and then the points will apply to your account
. If you order online make sure it says at that top that you will earn $10.

你仔细看rebate表上对截止日的说明，是purchase date后一个月，然后注明purchase
date以你收到那天算。所以我觉得你可以试试看，说你收到是大概什么时候，表明是否
符合要求的。
如果得救了，把具体过程写一下，就算是谢我了。包子免了。

date以你收到那天算。所以我觉得你可以试试看，说你收到是大概什么时候，表明是否
符合要求的。

It didn't work for me. There is no "Promo Code" field during checkout. I
guess they meant "Have a coupon code?" Field. After pasting the bar code, I
got the following message:
"We didn't apply this coupon because it doesn't apply to your order or a
better coupon has already been applied."
Looks like it's dead, I guess...

Purchase date is determined by receipt date of product(s) purchased。
