我老反正一直怀疑去年(整个2019财年)压根就没发够eb1的卡
川普开始引入eb面试以来奥本的信息至少滞后一两年比IE都慢
要不然eb2不会这么瞎jb搞
我老认真怀疑 eb压根1没发满故意留了名额给1044 386 奥本故意自保
证据: 新财年B表开到2019年7月几乎等价于C 然后奥本之前一直在喊可预见的未来内
都不会C

明年一月就知道这个财年发卡的统计了

As per our sources, in order to fix these issues, DHS has proposed RIN:
1615-AC22 rule and is delaying on the publishing the 485 inventory. DHS is
thinking that few applicants are exploiting this 485 Inventory data to
change
over from one category to another and do frivolous filings. At this time, we
are uncertain if USCIS will continue to publish the next 485 pending
inventory report or not before the RIN: 1615-AC22 comes into existence.

well
1615-AC22也一年多了感觉上国务院要取消concurrent filing提前拿combo 但目前来
看这个法案压根就没有实行的意思
