Draco Natural Products is a manufacturer of botanical extract ingredients
for the nutritional supplement, food and beverage, and cosmetic industries.
This is a full-time, in-house Operations Specialist position located at our
San Jose, CA headquarters.
Applicants for this position must have excellent verbal and written
communication skills.
We are looking for self-motivated people who value personal and professional
growth this position can offer. This candidate must have the flexibility to
multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment.
Proficiency with computer software is required, especially Window system, MS
Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and QuickBooks.
This position is immediately available.
Bilingual in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required for this position.
3 years of experience required for this position.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Supervise daily operations, production and shipping schedule,
arrange and tracking shipment, import and export process etc
• Coordinate with Accounting for bookkeeping and invoicing
• Analyze and implement procedures to ensure smooth operation
transactions and customer service
