Pretty good deal.
NEX-5R seems to have better picture quality based on the Chinese review here

The phase auto focus that's added to NEX-5R doesn't seem to have big
performance improvement in the focus speed. Its high ISO picture quality
does have some meaningful improvement. The test is using 16-50mm lens.
From other review, seems like 16-50mm lens is similar to 18-55mm
lens in terms of PQ. It is the new lens that the new camera(5R and 6) will
do some auto correction for the corner areas. When it is used with old
camera(5N), the picture quality is worse.
The main advantage of 16-50mm lens is its size. 5R with 16-50mm lens can
make the whole package really small.

5R应该比5N强90块钱， 唯一不好的事充电器木有了。
