here's an example of what they sent me:
Thanks for the interest! Here are the deals available from authorized
dealers:
1) A reputable US Canon authorized dealer is willing to sell the EOS 6D for
$1,339.95 after the $300.00 Canon mail-in rebate (you pay $1,639.95 before
rebate). Free standard shipping is included. Unfortunately, they do charge
tax to New York. Do you have an out-of-state shipping address? They are an
authorized dealer (a reputable one that we already list on our site!), this
is a brand new Canon USA model with a full Canon USA warranty, and is
eligible for the current mail-in rebate. This is normal and unopened retail
packaging, with everything normally included.
2) A reputable Canadian Canon authorized dealer is willing to sell a brand
new EOS 6D for $1,399.00 (US$). No mail-in rebate is required, and none are
eligible. The price includes shipping from Canada, and no other sales taxes,
duties, or fees are owing. Payment is in US dollars, so there are no
foreign exchange fees. Canada and the US are one Canon warranty region so
you will be eligible for a full Canon USA warranty, as the item comes with a
Canon USA warranty card, just like any US purchased camera or lens. They
are a reputable dealer (the source of several of our group buys and deals).
Note this is a "split kit": the outer carton is a EOS 6D kit box, the lens
has been removed. This doesn't affect warranty in anyway, everything else in
the box (all the usual accessories, and a Canon USA warranty card) is
included -- it is the same as buying the EOS 6D lens kit and selling the
lens yourself.
If you are ready to place an order, please reply and let me know which
option you want and provide your name, phone number, and billing/shipping
address. I would forward this information to the store to get your order
started, and let you know who the dealer is at that time. Your transaction
would be directly with the store. Also, if you have any special requests (
expedited shipping, specific payment method) please let me know.

No no, you don't need an account to pay via paypal, when they send you the
invoice you can just pay with a credit card through paypal without an
account.

问下如果paypal给别人转账可以通过这个方式来吗? 我的paypal想加银行账户来往
