"I have been told there is a major Sony event during the first week of
February. The sources have not been told by Sony if there will be new
product announcements. But we can speculate the chances are good that Sony
will “show something”. So let’s recap the rumors we got so far:
(SR5) A6100 coming
(SR5) New FE lenses: fast prime (85mm f/1.4?), telephoto lens and probably
fast zooms (GM).
(SR5) Zeiss will announce the Batis 18mm
(SR4) Another “mirrorless” camera (not clear if they mean a classic A-
mount or a sort of A9 E-mount camera or whatever)
(SR4) HX400 successor"
