But if the company say no, it's just no.
Company has full control on what to provide for 401k.
Essentially, 401k falls into the category of "benefits", and the company
could do whatever they want do for benefits.
It's like the company saying we don't subsidize daily public commute for
work, then you just don't have commute subsidy.

你说的对.但我觉得lz的情况像是公司用这个作为legal理由不给401k.
