我们第一次回国忘了签，就空着，没有人问起。
第二次回国，我在上面签了自己的名字，括号说明是母亲，

你给写上，不管是宝宝的名字还是你自己的。
不说宝宝不会写字，就是会写了，还有很长一段时间自己的签字没有法律效力，大人签
字才算数。
