现在材料都准备好了，也申请了豁免编号，但是不知道哪个页面是大使馆要求的“豁免
编号页”，是申请豁免编号的时候产生的那些材料的第一页吗？
另外一个问题是，往教育处邮寄豁免材料的时候还要写具体的收信人吗？
最后一个问题，是等到教育处审批完再寄美国的材料还是双方材料一起寄？

Please help
I came to US at 2004 july, F1 visa, am I a resident alien for 2009?
I checked pub 519, I passed the Substantial Presence Test for 2009, but on
page 6 it also says:
Exempt individual. Do not count days for days
which you are an exempt individual. The term “exempt individual” does not
refer to someone exempt from U.S. tax, but to anyone in the following
categories:
A student temporarily present in the United States under an “F,” “J,” “
M,” or “Q” visa, who substantially complies with the requirements of the
visa.
If this is true, does that mean I can not count any days I am a student?

我在美国将近4年了,2006年秋F2和老公一起来的,来后一年后怀孕生子,宝宝半岁后我申
请学校转F1,读了一年半去年年底硕士毕业后,今年春季又开始读MBA,现在读了半年.期
间我老公去年秋季回国创业,我父母,婆婆,还有老公都先后成功签证来美探望过,并按时
回国,最长是我妈帮我看孩子待了4个月,其他都待不到一个月,现在他们都在国内.我因
为想家,想今年夏天回国探望一个月因为暑假还想修课,争取今年年底毕业,打算把宝宝
送回去让父母照看半年,实在是自己带有点力不从心了,请大家帮忙分析我的情况,看签
证有没有问题,应该是在上海签,还有如果一到国内就直接签证,不知道行不行?有什么需
要注意的事项么?

1.Last page of PDF---to Third Party page.
2. Need name.

你还要继续往下读,读到那一页右下角开始又是关于学生的,然后第7页左边第3段.
You will not be an exempt individual as a
student in 2010 if you have been exempt as a
teacher, trainee, or student for any part of more
than 5 calendar years unless you meet both of
the following requirements.
· You establish that you do not intend to
reside permanently in the United States.
· You have substantially complied with the
requirements of your visa.

Thank you! So since I have been exempt as a student for 5 calendar years, I
am not an exempt individual anymore? Is my resident status starting from
2009, july or the whole 2009 year?

The person is your contact person when you first time register to the form
to Chinese Consulate.
