他们Native speakers 讲英文有我们 non-native speakers 讲英文那么痛苦吗？
那么华人如何学习英文演讲也可以拍一部电影了。。。

讲中文方言+口吃+ 自闭症+ 诵读困难症（dyslexia）的学英文演讲就更意志坚强了，
呵呵。
霍金老兄全身只有3根手指头能动
光这样，听他讲话就很震撼，且不论他的思想内容。

霍金有助手帮他整理思想。
陈寅恪，毛泽东晚年眼睛全部看不见
也是口述文章，由助理写出来。

这种片子及其无聊，存在意义是为了让部分人满足下把自己和普通人区别出来的感觉

主角名气大，演技不错。剧情深度什么的，我没看出什么来。

我是冲着柯林去的，呵呵
另外，我觉得可能我们对二战前夕下的英国王室缺乏历史背景的了解，
否则会觉得很有意思的

以前欧洲皇室不讲那粗俗的英语吧？所以他可能是第一个吃螃蟹的。

重点不在口吃，重点在于对德宣战的决心。
George的兄长，爱美人不爱江山的Edward,是个亲德派；英国唯一的大国盟友：法国则
已经输光了裤子；而George依赖来对德作战的Churchill，在一战的时候指挥作战输给
了奥斯曼土耳其；英国面临的，是本土沦陷的危险。
而这时候，需要一个口吃的人来演讲，激起国民的信心......

how about this: 我opt就快用完还没找到工作，欠了一屁股学费，国内父母还指望我
养老。唯一一个面试机会让我做onsite interview presentation.我一张嘴说英语老中
都听得费劲......
can this win Oscar?

其实奥斯卡最大的功劳就是引领了一大批装13的人
动不动就说什么男人必看的电影
什么肖申克的救赎，什么教父，我肏，我看这种片子真是困的不行
一群装13人都是拼命解读这些电影
和当年语文老师分析鲁迅一句话有多少种意思差不多
和孔乙己知道回子有4种写法

Nah, he/she could write a book called " the stories of a messenger" thatll
be much more intriguing.

我当年看这几部大片
Saving Private Ryan, Rain Man, Shawshank Redemption,
Forrest Gump，
觉得非常励志。
还写过一些感想：
"Run, Forrest! Run !" Jenny said. And that line echoed in the mind of
Forrest a couple of times in the movie Forrest Gump (1994): when he was
running back and forth in the battlefield to carry his injured fellow
soldiers , when he was running the Marathon, when he was running aimlessly...
That line sticks in my mind for years. When there is a danger, run,so that
you will be safe; when there is a conflict or an awkward situation, run, so
that you will be back to your safe and comfort zone; when you are down, run,
so that you can walk out of the blue mood; when you need to exercise your
body and mind (to attract the girls?), run,so that you can get some fresh
air and fresh ideas;when you are aimless in life, run, somehow you will
approach your goal...when you need to test the quality of your new sneakers,
run, too.:)
Run, Forrest,run ...Way to go...

It's just a so-so film except it told an otherwise unknown story about
George VI, the king of the UK.
The British kings/queens had been largely symbolic since a much earlier time
. So the "speech" of George VI was really insignificant.
Don't assume that an Oscar-winning film must be a good one. It's just yet
another product churned out by the hyped Oscar machine.
