更新一下H1b申请，今天收到律师的信，说收到LCA approved. 上个星期二提交的。5个工作日。
律师说马上提交移民局，应该能赶个今年的末班车吧。。。前两天担心死了。
今天看新闻，说美国的失业率10月创了26年新高，我就不明白了，怎么靠H1-b吃饭的外
国人就能一个星期1000份的申请增

10月之前，好像每个月用掉的H1b也就500个左右，有的时候还在倒退。10月一个月就用
掉6000多个，现在还有不到6000
个，10月最后一个星期就用掉1000个。相当于10月一个月就是翻了10倍，真的很诡异啊
。。。按照这个速度，这个月底肯
定就会全用完了。

目前offer是多起来了，经济好一些了
如果现在还没offer的，估计要加紧了
如果已经在办的，加急process和不加急是一回事，不是影响占名额的速度
如果有opt的又在找工作的，等明年的h1b也挺好啊

你说的REGULAR PROCESSING 是“不是加急处理”的意思？ 如果这样，你不用担心的。
所谓加急，PREMIUM PROCESSING,就是早点给你邮寄H1B COPY件的意思。
两者获得名额的处理上没有任何区别，谁的申请文件先到劳工部，谁先占得名额，所以
，不要以为加急处理先获得名额。

你把申请递到 VSC/CSC 之后，会收到一个 receipt，这时候才算是占上名额了
