前列，传统信用卡被颠覆指日可待。人们不必带着装有各种塑料信用卡卡片的鼓囊囊的
钱包，一个smart phone 就可以走天下。
这种颠覆势不可挡，就像2000年左右满大街的电话卡拨号电话亭，没有几年就被移
动手机颠覆了，同时造就了不可一世的诺基亚。另一个创造巨额财富的巨头公司，柯达
，很不幸的被digital camera 终结。然后以上产品没有在舞台上活跃几年，又被乔教
主的iphone一起终结。
苹果是个非常smart 的公司，每一个产品，都有着它的导入--》成长--》成熟--
》衰退期。苹果iphone 刚推出的时候，一时无可替代，在教主时代，十分着重饥饿销
售，说白了就是靠差异化赚钱。因为别的公司因为专利，技术等原因，还没有那么快推
出可以与苹果匹敌的产品。苹果依靠这种差异化优势+饥饿销售赚的衣钵满满。所谓缺货
就是个joke,因为这种大公司，从预测产品市场，到预算，生产计划，都是事先算好的，
再说柔性生产没有那么大。
但是随着其他公司诸如LG，谷歌，MS推出和苹果类似或者可以匹敌的产品，苹果产
品和别的巨头公司的差异化就小的多。smart phone, pad 就由导入--》成长，进入成
熟时期了，竞争日趋激烈白热化。这时用差异化赚钱就风险很大，例如连返修率2%的，
外表长的很像iphone的小米都可以在大陆对苹果手机的市场构成巨大威胁。苹果只能用
产品质量，价格，服务，市场占有率来赚钱。苹果为了保持其档次，坚决不降价。教主
驾鹤西游后，厨师开始掌勺苹果，虽然也用教主的饥饿销售法，但是只用一点点，果断
的把销售重心更偏重于放开产品来销售，更大的来争夺市场占有率（这点害苦了想吃苹
果大餐的倒爷）。所以没了教主，苹果仍然是世界上市值最高的公司之一。
苹果从一开始就很坚持创新，每年的发布会都增加新的元素，让产品变得更加人性
化，美感，方便，快捷，实用，贴近生活。所以苹果活到现在还是经久不衰，除非另一
个颠覆者出现。从iphone1, 到6，饥饿销售来导入产品---》成长期全力推行产品--》
然后成熟期和其他公司产品竞争白热化--》衰退期立即推出新产品来吸引顾客。然后，
又重复这个程序。
创业不易守业更难。人家cook 虽然是弯的，但是和乔教主一样伟大，带领苹果仍

I did both. But I think mail is a must. I included all the notices (2 I-140
approval notices and 2 I-485 receipt notices) and employment verification
letter.
