猪肉芹菜馅的,请问那个芹菜是用中国芹菜还是西芹啊,是不是也要先过水弄熟啊

烫一下好点,不过不用煮熟吧,焯一下就行

我家豆角是过水的,不用到熟。我觉得主要是容易剁。生着入陷煮出来肯定也熟了
,不过不知道会不会豆角特有的那个“生味”会留在里面。
芹菜肯定不用过水。我觉得只要不是那种很细的什么芹(水芹?)都可以。越嫩的越好
,譬如heart.

刚在网上找到的:
DOL defines a layoff as "any involuntary separation of one or more employee
without cause or prejudice." This definition includes, but is not limited
to, personnel actions characterized by an employer as a reduction-in-force,
a restructuring, or a downsizing. Even a single layoff is sufficient to
trigger the employer's duty to notify and consider a laid-off U.S. worker.
DOL does not consider a U.S. worker who was separated for cause, such as not
meeting performance goals or violating company policy, as being laid off.
Contract staff who are laid off are also specifically excluded. The closer
questions involve separations which fall somewhere between a firing and a
layoff, such as a forced resignation accompanied by a financial settlement.
These cases need to be analyzed on a case by case basis.

比如像公司重组,别的部门裁员,但是自己部门没有(业务性质不一定),不过有不愿意
relocation走人的,这样是不是PERM就很难搞了

都不过水,但最后要用热油泼一下。。我一般做牛肉芹菜的和猪肉豆角的。。。

芹菜不用焯水,剁碎后加少许盐,将多余水分腌出来,然后用手拧一下就好。不要拧太
干,这样饺子馅儿也不干,芹菜的脆爽清香也有保留-老妈的方子:)

芹菜不焯水,买中芹,买不到中芹用西芹代替也凑活,味道不如中芹来的好吃,不论中
芹、还是韭菜之类,都先用盐捏一下,去水,会比较好吃
豆角就不知道了,从来没用过

芸豆的话,包包子要炒一下,包饺子要蒸一下,不然有生豆子味道,芹菜可过水也可不
过水,喜欢味大,不用过水

豆角是要焯水的。芹菜不知道,没做过。

直接包就行,先去水鲜味营养都损失不少。怕出水,快包的时候放盐,熟之后,汤汁在
里面,很鲜的
