既然能改EB3来，eb2提前也应该能中改回EB2吧

我的都是律师打印组织的，但最后先把包裹寄给我，让我final check。我再给USCIS寄

我本人就是律师，我的移民律师和我加起来也看不到amend必然导致EB2I-140作废。真

你自己把amendment理解成replacement了，还笑我？合同是货到付款，amendment是货
到后如果有瑕疵，可不付款。你可以说货到不付款吗？原合同有效，amendment也有效
。彼此互相不取消。两者各自解决各自的问题。没瑕疵就用原合同，有瑕疵就用
amendment. 实在是再明白不过了。
