靠谱么，是自动relink么。降级的上个月收到rfe， 5月eb2 current。还要自己弄
relink么。
The RFE notice confirms the AOS is on an officer's desk. The RFE would not
have been issued if the CIS did not have the AOS on the EB-2 track. RFEs are
only issued for petitions that are current or will be current. The AOS is
currently on the EB-2 track and we expect the approval within a few weeks of
filing the RFE response. We will also include a statement in the RFE to
ensure the AOS is processed using the EB2 I140.
