现在的担心根本没用。先随便file 一个把PD拿到再说。到时候你多半跳槽了。

The approval notice says the following:"When you receive your card you must
carry it with you at all times if you are 18 or older. It is the law."
However, in most time, most people never carry, no problem.......

140 批准了才有PD， 现在的PERM的PD就是一个日期而已。
