FE/EIT in PA, B.S. Evaluation?# Engineering - 工程

I am working in a company of PA, and my goal is to get PE license in PA in
the future, I am planning to take FE/EIT exam in April 2008.
I had a BS in China and a MS in USA. PA requires evaluating BS to qualify
taking FE exam. I read message from here, Maryland does need to do BS
evaluation, is it right? My question is, if I take FE in Maryland, do I
still need to do BS evaluation for taking PE in Pennsylvania later?
