Dear Colleague,
You are hereby cordially invited to submit a Technical Paper abstract to the
Emerging Materials and Technology session of SAMPE Long Beach 2018.
The conference will be held at the Long Beach Convention Center in Long
Beach, California on May 21-24, 2018. For detailed information visit http://www.sampeamerica.org/.
Abstract submissions are due on December 1, 2017 (apologies for the short
notice).

Some SAMPE abstract requirements include the following:
· Maximum of 200 words
· No graphs, tables, or charts allowed
· Export-Controlled/ITAR/“Closed” information (U.S. citizen and
legal resident restricted technology) are allowed at SAMPE in separate
closed sessions and proceedings that adhere to U.S. Export Control and ITAR
guidelines
Notifications of abstract approval will be sent on December 21, at which
time you will be asked to submit a Technical Paper for publication as well
you will be invited to give a 25 minute presentation of your topic.
In order to present at this conference, your abstract and paper submission
must be approved by the SAMPE Technical Committee. SAMPE does not allow for
presentations without the accompaniment of a technical paper. Technical
papers are due February 1, 2018 for approved abstracts.
