每天平均的话，大概２小时吧。

我喜欢早起工作，一般也就早晨这几个小时能安心做点东西。不过要经常强迫自己不查
email，不看新闻，要不然不知不觉1个小时就没了。

晚上怎么样？我总是不能利用晚上在家的时间。。。

平均每天应该在2个小时左右。杂七杂八的事儿太多。
