州跟州可能会有区别，像加州，一般escrow公司都是seller定的，buyer也没办法自己
找。
如果牵涉到bank attorney的话呢，这个也由不得客人，似乎bank自己找的。
如果是代表buyer的attorney，buyer当然有权力自己找了。一般attorney会有经常合作
的title公司，所以在找attorney的时候，就要把title公司的报价也要来比比。

个人感觉，HP最差，dell中上水准，联想thinkpad，yoga，ideapad不带y的还行。

这种低功耗的2core i5如果要干点随便什么活都太慢啦，卡顿严重

I rarely had any issue even with my old x200. of course it depends on what
you plan to do with it. for regular stuff, these CPUs are more than
sufficient.
if you feel sluggish, consider adding more memory or use an ssd.
