我有点问题请教大家！
1. I have already applied Green Card (EB2-NIW) and submitted the 140-form.
Do you think that I could prolong my OPT-F1 for another 17month without any
problem? 2. My wife want to apply graduate program in an university and if
she do, she need transfer from F2 to F1. Do you think any problem in here?
3. My current advisor agree help me to obtain H1B visa, do you think i need
apply H1B now or next year? If I am H1B, could my wife transfer from H4 to
F1 for graduate program? If she hold
