我的ISP block 80 端口，但我想用我的PC 作为我的Homepage的host，有什么办法让别人
access我的 homepage吗？我不想用一些公共的hosting service，因为有很多限制.多谢.

1.static ip
2.webservice use other port. and people should type port number after host
name.

u can apply static ip from your isp
