Start a process with very low priority. poll how this process is scheduled
within a small time frame. I didn't check the standard way in text book.

a mid size semiconductor comapny, cannot disclose the name.
it took me some time to answer, not perfect answer
I prepared lots algorithm questions, but apparently, this is not an algorithm....
