I just had a really bad phone interview experience.
Interviewee started with no greeting and no introduction about the
himself/team/company.
Coding questions are very simple. But just ask me to read loud about my code
over the phone, and don't want any explanation.
He really doesn't care how I think the problems. He even told me directly I
haven't read your resume.
Ending without taking any questions.
Is that rude? Or I am just being too picky. Does a company train their
employee how to conduct an interview, at least politely.
Let me wait the feedback. If it is negative, I will definitely find a way to
speak up.
