月卖5万nest thermostat，每个$250, 有希望上市吗？

Here's a few off the top of my head.
1. Open space concept. Smaller rooms downsize the heating to a more
manageable level.
2. Fireplace. If you have one, you can keep it for show, but seal it up.
3. Whole-house fan. Cooling down the house fast, even in winter :)
4. Range vent. Even you shut it off, it's still a big leak through your
otherwise well-insulated castle.
5. Bay window. It sticks out of surface, and thus more vulnerable to winds.
But it's so nice to have, I'm gonna keep mine. Just a shrink film in winter
will fix that.
