FB用PHP多半是历史原因吧，内部应该是有工具通过写别的语言转成PHP。
个人现在比较看好Go写网页开发，虽然还不是那么成熟，至少大规模开发不会让不同的
人写出太眼花缭乱的代码，并发写起来也很舒服。

most chinese law firms charge by their tiers of services, below are the
median numbers
i140 - 5k,
i485 - 3.5k
+ fedex fee
this generally includes the preparation of PL and form filling, if the law
firms offer to draft RLs, it's probably another 1-2k more
also remember the application fees
i140 - 580, pp - 1225,
i485 - 1070
