it is not serious at all. in Chinese it is called jian3 ban3 xian4 yan2. there are 2 types, one is anterior, mai4 li4 zhong3, and the other is posterior, xian4 li4 zhong3. antibiotics helps,but not effective. you can re4 fu1, to reduce the pain and swelling. yet, if you suffer from it very often, it is probably a sign for eye fatigue and progressive myopia.
