如果单从网上开户定，是要慢慢等卡寄到。walmart卖的那个start卡是做什么
用的？是有那个卡马上就可以在网上使用，不用等卡寄到么？

谢谢回复。往年的percentile有什么方法查得到么？ 我投的是NIEHS但是没有搜到

当然是percentile，impact score在不同study section差别可能很大

PO won't contact you unless you are getting funded in NIH. Also, you should
contact by email first to see if you can arrange a call.

我也给PO发过两封Email但都没回复。之前这个PO还是蛮热情的。所以有些不好的感觉
。还是因为现在很多事情都不确定呢？ 不知道继续骚扰PO是不是不好。。
