说实话，你要是真的不想付mortgage了，可以早通知银行，有特定手续可办，和现在的
效果基本一样，不会再有经济损失，但可以避免影响credit history。在美国，良好的
信用记录本身就是一笔财富。。。你这么做的目的到底是什么？除了赌气和好玩，你真
的没有得到任何好处。。。

两年以后就可以了。 foreclosure是7年。
当然哥未雨绸缪先贷款买的另一个房子，后deed in lieu的第一个房子。

20w都不到了，每个月1.6k的mortgage的确有点高了。为什么不考虑refinance，或是
extend loan term呢？这样会多点成本，但也要比原来的home equity打水漂强呀？当

zombie title的案例。哥现在终于放心了，可以move on了。
