收到chase关卡的信，最后这么说的 We may also report the account to credit
reporting agencies, which could discourage other banks from opening an
account for you.
是不是意味着其他家的卡也不能申请了？

影响不大，特别是其他信用卡公司不需要review你的材料的时候。
对reconsider有些影响。
